Next month, Matthew will be moving with his family to Los Angeles, but first, he is starring in one final production in New York City. David Williamson's The Club is a biting satire about the power struggles behind the scenes of an Australian Rules football club.

Matthew plays manic club president Ted Parker in the production from Australian Made Entertainment, the theatre company he co-founded. Performances run until September 27th.

Matthew appears in a co-starring role in the second season of the hit drama House of Cards. He plays the Manager of an IT facility in the episode entitled "Chapter 18", which can now be viewed on Netflix.

Matthew is currently starring as Puck in a daring production of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. At the beginning of each show, Matthew introduces the other eight actors and asks the audience to choose which characters they each will play that night. Presented by TITAN Theatre Company, the show runs until November 3rd at The Secret Theatre.

Matthew will be appearing as Gary Gauger in The Exonerated, a powerful play based on the real-life stories of several people who were wrongfully convicted of a crime and sentenced to death. The limited one-week engagement, presented by The Secret Theatre, runs until Sunday, June 16th.

On Tuesday evening, Matthew took on the role of Owen Fawcett in a staged reading of Angela Iannone's The Edwin Booth Company Presents, a play about the famed 19th century American actor. The reading took place in Booth's own home, the historic Players Club.

Matthew co-stars as Counselor Gunther in the next episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. The episode, titled "Beautiful Frame", airs on January 9th on NBC.

Matthew is currently starring in Speaking In Tongues, presented by Australian Made Entertainment, the theatre company Matthew founded with his wife, Kathleen. The haunting Australian play features four actors taking on nine characters in several interwoven stories. Matthew plays the roles of Pete, Neil and John. The production runs until Sunday, December 16th at Theatre 54.

Their inaugural production, Louis Nowra's much-loved Aussie comedy Così, opens on Friday, September 7th and runs until Sunday, September 23rd at Urban Stages. Matthew also stars in the show as the manic-depressive Roy.

Following last year's successful run at the Comic Book Theater Festival, the madcap parody Batz is returning for two shows only at Joe's Pub. On Friday, July 13th and Friday, July 20th, Matthew will reprise his various roles, which include The Joker and Batman.

This week, Matthew is in Delaware, shooting a short film for director Corinne Rapone. Fridays centers on a young girl named Jenny as she deals with her best friend's terminal illness. Matthew portrays Jenny's concerned and protective father, David.

In June, Matthew will appear in the unique Batz, a re-enactment of several original Batman comics by a group of office workers. Performing at the Brick Theater as part of the Comic Book Theater Festival, Matthew plays a variety of roles, including the Caped Crusader himself for the final story.

After several months of rehearsal, the musical improv group The Boombox Kids have begun performing at various venues around New York City. At each gig, Matthew and his fellow improvisers create spontaneous songs in a number of different styles, including rap and musical theatre.

This summer, Matthew is performing in two shows at the Allenberry Playhouse in Pennsylvania. From July 14 to August 15, he takes on the role of Colonel Pickering in the classic My Fair Lady. Following that, he joins the small ensemble cast of Mid-Life! The Crisis Musical from August 18 to September 12.

Later this month, Matthew will be appearing in the York Shakespeare Company's dual productions of Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice and Marlowe's The Jew of Malta performed in rotating repertory at the JCC of Manhattan. Under the direction of Seth Duerr, Matthew will play Solanio in Merchant and Ferneze in Malta.
